What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Guide and manage your lawn maintenance crews to ensure high-quality work, on-time completion, and efficient use of resources.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the highest standards of lawn care are met. Your attention to detail will keep our clients happy and our reputation solid.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any needs or concerns in a proactive manner.
Train & Develop: Mentor your team, ensuring they grow in their skills and reach new heights in their career.
Safety & Equipment: Oversee daily inspections of equipment and trucks to ensure everything is in tip-top shape and ready for action.
Keep Things Rolling: Stay on top of schedules, time management, and budget tracking while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in Lawn maintenance, with experience managing teams.
Leadership: You lead by example, motivating your team with positivity and a strong work ethic.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers to manage schedules and track progress.
Passion: A love for lawn care and for helping your team and clients succeed!
Experience: In Budgets & Excel is a plus!

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team who’s ready to make an impact by keeping everything running smoothly and helping our team succeed. If you are someone who loves getting things done, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and are great at connecting with people, this is the perfect role for you. Role Under direct supervision, performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical and administrative support functions/processes and specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel. May enter data and or process documents and records.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and Implement Customer Journey: Follow the customer journey sheet
Answering and directing phone calls: Will be responsible for answering office phone lines and directing each call to the appropriate individual.
Organizing and distributing messages: Will be responsible for organizing and distributing memos, notes, messages and other written communications.
Maintaining company schedule: Keeping an up-to-date calendar of all company events, meetings and deadlines.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies: Maintaining and keeping documents of inventory records and office supplies.
Organizing and planning meetings: Schedule/plan meetings and conferences. Take detailed minutes.
Assisting leaders with projects and tasks: Helping complete small tasks as part of larger projects. Organizing reports, printing documents, or preparing a presentation.
Coordinating with other organizations: Work to coordinate and form relationships with customers, business and organizations.
Implementing organizational culture and procedures: Help develop and implement company culture, mission and vision of company.
Documenting financial information: Keeping documentation of expenses, earnings and other financial information.
Open, sort and distribute mail.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
